About Florida Students Achieve

Florida’s students and Florida’s schools have risen to more rigorous expectations. Even with higher degrees of academic challenge, more and more students are achieving. That’s great news for Florida families. Still, there is opportunity for improvement.

Florida Students Achieve is dedicated to helping our state’s families, our communities and our schools strive for and reach ever-increasing educational goals. Empowered by childhood educational excellence, every student should emerge from public education as a young adult both with high aspirations and the full capability to pursue them.

Florida Students Achieve is a joint project between the Florida Education Foundation and the Florida Department of Education.

Here you will find resources to help you choose the best schools for your children and to understand what things students should be learning. This will help you work with your child’s teachers to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Follow us on Twitter @FLStudentsAchv and sign up for our email updates to see when new information is posted. We invite all parents to be a part of the movement to make Florida the smartest state in the nation!

Also, we will continually post information about our schools and ideas to help you be a leader in your child’s education. If there is a topic you would like us to explore, feel free to suggest it by submitting it on this form.
